- If we are unable to reach you upon delivery, we’ll try to contact you. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, your order may be forfeited without refund.
- All food is prepared fresh and should be consumed promptly after delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. missing items or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve it fairly.
